At YCC Service Centre, we are a fully operational workshop, with fully trained technicians in all aspects of workshop repairs and MOT’s. We can MOT any class 4 or 7 vehicle, including motorhomes and limousines. Our service centre can service anything from your petrol,diesel, electric or hybrid car right up to your light commercial vehicle. We are also SsangYong Approved for servicing, repairs and the supply of parts and also have an approved bodyshop that is able to cater for a minor bump right through to a large insurance repair.  Don’t forget, you do not need to pay main dealer prices.

AVOID horrible customer service, went only for changing oil filter and oil service, repair rear pads brakes, took 9.00 to 14.00 long times, the woman at the service desk has bad manners so rude, not body explain nothing to you. expensive as well.

Great customer service and very friendly team. I dropped my car off for it's MOT, all staff were taking the necessary precautions and helped to keep me safe. Happy to say that my car passed its MOT with no issues and I collected my car same day.

Booked my repairs at YCC Service Centre Preston through Euro Car Parts fit for me service. Whilst I'm very happy with the speed of service and price, I am sad to say my customer service experience was not good. I didn't receive any email/phone confirmation regarding my booking. I wasn't informed of my parts being delivered to YCC and had to phone twice myself to arrange and confirm the bookings. It was only until I done this I received an email the night before to confirm. Regarding the phone calls I spoke to an older lady initially who seemed confused, abrupt and un-willing to help. Admitting she didn't confirm the booking as she didn't know how much I'd been quoted, even though Euro Car Parts had confirmed this price in emails (common courtesy would of been to at least speak to me/euro car parts rather than leave me in the dark all week). The following day I spoke to a gentleman who was somewhat more helpful but again seemed unfamiliar with the process. I chose YCC based on reviews of how staff treat customers, however, I got nothing like what the reviews said. I must add that the phone call I made regarding an update on my car when it was in the garage I spoke to Amy (I believe) who was a younger lady, she was pleasant, willing and really helped with my request. So thank you for that. I will come back for repairs based on price and using euro car parts but I will try to avoid as much staff interaction as possible. Im a polite, friendly person so being treat like I'd done something wrong by booking here was not nice and left a bad taste.

Booked in online for a service and MOT which included pick up and drop off which was great, working from home 12 hours meant I couldnt have done it myself. The lady on the phone and who also collected and delivered it was really lovely (although I'm sorry I didnt actually meet you I was sadly still working 😩) and there was no hassle at all ! I feel like my cars been really looked after and it actually feels much better to drive! My oil warning had been up for months so it's a huge relief that's finally gone ! I will definitely come back here for future services etc, the price was really good and its took a weight off my mind. Thank you all :) xx

My car had always had its MOT done by these guys Any time I have any issues with her, they sort them out efficiently and professionally and understand my terms of issues Will not use another garage! Thank you all so much
