This fine business were able to accommodate my short notice requests with no troble, did the job very well and I have to say if I were to have any further issues I would be sure to go to them again first even if they're 18 miles away; I'd rather travel to somewhere where the people know what they're talking about, what they're doing and have very damn good knowledge....rather than go back to the dealers because their 'technicians' clearly have no clue: Took my car because of speaker troubles causing my stereo to trip and they did reckon it was a wiring issue only AFTER they changed wires around and even then they didn't know what was causing the issue - I come to this place and they identified the wiring harness between the doors. I'm sorry but WTF? Why didn't the dealer's 'techs' think of this first? Not only was that the problem but it also turned out the issue was causing my locking to fail in addition to the window to fail. Rant over!! Universal Autos...can't thank them enough. I would highly highly highly HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit first. I know I will if I get any electrical problems with my new car :) Big thanks Universal Autos!! You were the greatest help at such a stressful time. You guys are the bestest!
