Linda Varo-Watson1 StarJust wanted a smart t.v. tuning in because I'm a woman who lives alone, was told I needed a new aerial because mine was apparently due to fall down,had to have an aerial point put in my bedroom so I could get all the channels, the fitter and me misunderstood, he asked me if just wanted to stream but said I wanted all channels, asked him to help me with the apps meaning on demand etc,told me to look in the book for instructions but there wasn't one,tv pixecerlating on most channels and breaking up,cost me a lot of money to be able to watch nothing!!Friday 26th November 2021
