Very trust worthy and reliable. Staff are friendly and helpful. My late grandfather who died left me his car that needed work. And I was pleased with everything I had done. These people are not cowboys and they are good value. Would recommend Tim Allops n the staff. Very honest and trustworthy. Wouldn't use anybody but them. You get what you pay for and more. God bless. Have used Allsops since they first opened and always been delighted with their service. More recently have had special projects undertaken by their Auto Electrician. The end result always looks as though they could have been factory fitted. More recently I booked my car in for a job several weeks in advance to fit in with family commitments. At short notice I also asked if they could deal with a dent on the body due to a rampaging Wheely bin during a recent high wind. The original job was completed to the usual high standard I have come to expect but even more importantly, I was amazed by the way the dent had been dealt with. Despite being in an awkward place, it had been made to completely vanish with no sign it had ever been there despite viewing from all angles; nice work guys.

I contacted the garage after lunch with an electronic fault on my Nissan X-Trail. They asked me to go down straight away, diagnosed the fault, cleared it, fixed it and reset everything, all within the hour. Very good service and at a fair cost, especially given what main agents would have charged. Staff were friendly, informed and trustworthy, from receptionist to mechanics. Most impressed and would recommend to other motorists.
