No-fuss Service
When doing work for landlords I am happy to take the details of the tenants and arrange a time which is convenient for them. I keep the landlord updated and send a photo of completed work with the invoice.
I like to complete work as soon as possible and often can do a same day service.

Quality of work
I am respectful of customers’ homes and complete work to a high standard. High quality materials are used.
Fair transparent prices
Large and small jobs are welcome. I work with a £45 minimum call out fee. For simple jobs I can offer a set price. For more complicated jobs, I am happy to come to take a look and give a quote. There is no charge for the viewing.
For fault finding I work on a no-fix no-fee basis.

Conway Tam5 StarUnlike the rest of the industry where electricians are generally very unreliable, Richard is exceptional. He is always on time and always show up as promised. He also prices very reasonably and he never tries to rip you off or overcharge for his work.
Richard is very attentive and has a great eye for detail. He’d investigate an issue and discuss various solution with you before he begins his work. His workmanship is excellent as he makes sure he finishes his work in a great quality. He is organised and he tidies up every day before he leaves for the day.
