Sabrina Mbajon2 StarPolite and punctual service but be prepared to get charged for labour even if you don't get any resolution for your faults. Also you have to repeatedly chase them when they're supposed to follow-up with you. I spent over 2 hours there waiting for them to diagnose an issue with the airbag warning light that lit up on my car's dashboard. I was charged £40 and told there was a fault with the airbag module and they would need to Send the module elsewhere to get it fixed. They promised to ring me the following Monday with prices for either purchasing a new module or getting the existing one repaired externally. I had to chase them the next day a few times before I was able to get an answer. I was then told the module would cost £180 to purchase from Germany. There was no more mention of getting the existing module repaired and how much that would cost. So I ended up £40 out of pocket with my issue still not fixed.Saturday 30th March 2019
