Peter Lawless5 StarPurchased a Ring 4 door bell, it arrived very fast but only after two months the camera developed a fault.
I contacted the team at SND and the customer service I received from Lauren was second to none, after trying some different options to clear the issue the camera was still faulty. They arranged to have it collected from me and I had a new unit the next day.
