Jonathan Brown5 StarWallbox Pulsar Plus purchased and fitted through Smart Home Charge. From their informative videos, through buying, to it being fitted and applying for the OLEV grant, they could not have been more helpful.
The whole process takes a few weeks though, partly due in my case to the unit being out of stock because of high demand. But I was kept informed throughout.
Fitting was excellent, by a pleasant gentleman (Paul), who clearly took pride in his work.
Overall, one of the best companies I have had dealings with in a long time.

I contacted the support team several times both before and after choosing them to fit my EV charger and the were always quick to respond by email and helpful over the phone. The guy that carried out the installation was very professional and helpful, advising on routing options and keeping me informed of what he was doing. And the result was very neat and unobtrusive. He also gave some useful familiarisation on how to use the charger/app. All in all I'm very happy with the whole process.Friday 20th November 2020

I had a few changes of mind along the way regarding my cable run etc but they were very helpful and had outstanding communications.
