Ben Saxon5 StarMark was very creative in sorting out a dodgy situation with our home wiring (left by the previous owners), and despite being let down by our electricity supplier on something he needed assistance with he was still able to successfully replace our fuse box and rewire everything to it tidily in a limited space. Would highly recommend.
The negative reviews all seem to have been left by people who don't realise what a decent electrician actually costs.Wednesday 11th March 2020
Mark Paul1 StarQuoted £120 +VAT! labour to remove an old electric hob and install the new one - about a 30 minute job for an electrician. Hardly affordable as their website proudly says...Friday 24th January 2020
Hayley Lampitt5 StarPolite and friendly changed all my sockets in the flat when we decorated and changed our light fittings. Reasonable price and would definitely use them again .Tuesday 3rd March 2020
Harry Perry1 StarI was charged £180 for a job that took less than 10 minutes: this included an undisclosed Fee of £60 for Covid 19 home showering of operative between jobs.Since the Company advertises as `no call out charge`, this job by a local engineer equated to £18 per minute. Totally extortionate service to be avoided at all cost.Wednesday 1st July 2020
Paul Clark1 StarMy 94-year-old mother called this company to repair her TV aerial that she had accidentally cut with garden shears. Man arrived, spent 10 mins joining the two ends of the cable together with an electrical connector block and insulating tape - and charged her £180 for the privilege with no prior indication of what the cost would be. Considering the ad in Yellow Pages proudly states "no callout charge" I think that's what's commonly known as a rip-off and exploitation of a vulnerable old lady. I called the number in the ad and left a message on their answerphone for them to call back. Needless to say they didn't. Don't you understand that is more than a whole week's pension for my mother - the money she lives on? I would have done it for free. Shame on you. Avoid these cowboys and charlatans.Friday 14th June 2019
