Excellent service today from Sandy Reid. I had no appointment but as my brake seizes on over the weekend I couldn't drive my car, I took it in thinking they would look at it when they had time over the week but within 3 hours they messaged with update and estimate and although they were extremely busy they still did the job that day and I had my car back mid afternoon!! I cannot praise them enough. So grateful. Thank you so much

After a bad experience with another garage over a year ago, I switched to Sandy Reid after seeing so many good reviews and was the right decision. Been using them ever since and will continue to. Always had a great service from them. Friendly staff, honest, informative, good prices and go above and beyond to help. I travel a fair distance to get to them, worth the distance. Will never use anyone else now, would highly recommend them. Even my partner uses them now. . My recent MOT, it failed on a few things as I expected, and some advisories as it's getting to that point with wear and tear repairs with age/mileage. They got the best quote and in the end, ended up even cheaper than they originally quoted 😊 The receptionists also have great knowledge and can explain what needs doing or has been done in detail.

After a strong recommendation, I called asking if I could bring the car in for an MOT at very short notice. Was immediately booked in for the same day by a delightful lady. Dropped the car off, left my mobile number, went shopping and within an hour I had received a text message advising the car was ready to pick up. Superb service. Very friendly and very professional. Excellent to know that lovely family-run businesses with a strong customer service focus still exist! 100% recommended.

I have used this garage over the past couple of years for my camper and car. They have failed my car on 2 rear tyres being through to the canvas. Taken to tyre specialist and been told of tyres are fine with 4mm of tread left?? Wont be using this dishonest place again. They also failed it on an inch off of end of the front spring being broken off which was also very harsh according to the ministry advice.
