Raymond and Kyle were excellent, i needed a whole new boiler install during winter and a pandemic. Work all complete quick, they were safe wearing masks while they worked and cleaned up after. Very professional and the aftercare has been amazing, a follow up courtesy visit from Raymond to check that it was all in working order and if i was happy. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again.

Replacement of old radiators and boiler repairs requested, as well as repairs to leaking shower. Estimate supplied in advance for approval. Work carried out promptly and in a very professional manner. High standard of work carried out with minimal mess generated when installing new radiators. Boiler repair carried out after prompt identification of fault. Repairs carried out successfully to leaking shower cubicle. Recommended service, quality engineers and would use them again. (R&D Services were let down by 3rd party supplier whereby one of the radiators supplied was damaged during transit/handling - installation carried out in such a way that it minimised disruption when replacement radiator available)

We have used R&D Services for a number of years now to do our annual boiler service and to replace old radiators and have always found their service to be quick, reliable and easy to deal with even through this difficult year. I have no hesitation in recommending R&D Services to anyone.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. Contacted Chris about a new gas boiler installation and he expressed interest in quoting, i explained that i was serious and was looking for the boiler installation to be carried out before the cold weather arrived exchanged a few messages and then nothing...no responses. no feedback nothing so i lost three weeks in trying to engage. I understand if they were too busy but it is common decency to let a potential client know one way or next if they can manage to quote/carry out the work or not...

Unprofessional!! Bad communication! They are the only one in Aberdeen who does service for Ariston combi boiler. My boiler had a pressure drop problem so I asked them to check out and give me some advice. However, all they did was to top up the pressure, which I could do myself easily. And then there was a big bill with no reasonable explanation. Very disappointing! Never use them again.
