Having a maintenance issue so bad that it forces you to leave your own home during repair is one of the most stressful situations most home owners could face. That’s why getting the right contractor is so critical and challenging when you’ve never been through it before. Luckily I struck gold with PRS. Right from the 1st contact they were great. And like any big job, unexpected issues arose and the goal posts had to be moved around several times. They remained cool calm and professional at all stages and allowed me the breathing space to make important decisions without ever being pushy. With external supply and communication challenges because of Coronavirus piled on top, I can only thank Caroline and the team again for getting us over the finish line. I’m very pleased with the work and happily and highly recommend PRS.

I had this company in for floor damage to my en suite bathroom and they were absolutely wonderful everything was ripped out and then the team of workmen had to rebuild it from joiners painters plumbers and everybody in between it was finished to a very professional way. All workmen followed on from each other no waiting days for certain workmen to arrive. Wonderful job done professionally I totally recommend PRS.

The joiner, decorators and electrician were very professional, experianced and respectful. The work was completed to a high standard and were kept informed on a regular basis by the customer service manager. The work was completed in a timely manner. We would like to thank all the guys for there expertise and help in getting our home back in shape. Would highly recommend.

Due to a burst water pipe, my partner and I required the service of PSR. The builders, decorators and joiner were highly professional and respectful of our home. Everyone that we spoke to during the work was friendly and helpful where needed. The work carried out was done to a high standard and we were kept up to date on a regular basis from the building and decorating manager. The work was carried, in my opinion, very quickly considering the work load they had to do. Thank you to you all for your hard work in getting our home back to normal. Would highly recommend.

We had a very poor experience with this company - we had to ask them to come back twice to finish off a small roof job. We found them to be lacking in professionalism. I would not recommend them.
