Power source were recommended as a local firm of electricians. Asked for a quote for additional sockets to be added to the ring main. They came on time and gave a quote and the price was in the budget I set and I accepted it. Installation date was to be confirmed as I had just started a new job and the rotas were constantly changing. When I had a couple of dates I text as agreed. No response. I tried calling and left voicemails. No response. It was a small job and perhaps they’ve got to much work on just now so I’m irrelevant. I’d have appreciated bei g told if they were too busy and couldn’t do it, rather than be ignored. I’ve now gone elsewhere, to a larger company.
