Used Pat Plus for the testing of both our factory and office sites. Engineers arranged for both early starts and weekend testing to meet our operational hours. It's a large facility but the engineers worked through the sites systematically. Reporting was detailed and photographic evidence supplied on failed items as requested at no extra charge. Reports were supplied within 24 hours.

Booked an engineer through this company to test pat all appliances at our site, the engineer turned up and had to wait 5 minutes in reception whilst the manager finished off a call. After 5 minutes the engineer decided to inform my receptionist that is not waiting any longer and left. I then received an email from the company "it appears you have a lack of common courtesy failing to liase with the engineer on his arrival, after an hour of being sidelined and completely ignored the engineer gave upon trying to start the testing, we have better things to do and other customers to serve, we do not have the time to waste on your thoughtlessness and frankly poor attitude towards others, you are an individual with limited intelligence and a distinct lack of social skills poorly suited to dealing with other people" After receiving this email I gave him the courtesy of telling him we have CCTV in our reception and I can provide footage that his engineer waited 5 min before he left (not the 1hr stated in his email) I would advise anyone not to use this company as both their engineer and owner (judging my his email response) show a lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. I would question if anyone would want people like this in your house/business.
