got them to fit a new main board when they came across a potential dangerous problem during installation which they agreed to sort but continued not to turn up with no contact unless I contacted them with excusesI,I keep asking for a vat receipt for the work done as paid cash for work to no avail(vat fraud?) so I can arrange another company to complete the jobThursday 7th January 2021

Peter Hui1 StarI phone up and spoken to a Neil Allan on Monday, seems ok on the phone. He said get someone out (which was his son Stephen). He turned up on Tuesday and said he need another body to assist him and will come on Wednesday. No one turned up. Phone Neil on Thursday and he said he will get someone out on Friday. No one turned up. Totally unprofessional. If the job is too difficult or awkward it is avoided. Just let me know you cannot do it and I find someone else. Plenty of electrician out there. Lynne Robertson5 StarHad a small electrical issue. Contacted NGA and they were out within 2 hours of calling. Electrician worked like a trojan to identify the problem and resolve it. Then cleared up to leave the place exactly as he found it! Very reasonably priced too!Thursday 18th June 2020
