To support them, we have a network of highly experienced engineer supervisors, accessible at all times.

Netfixx contracts electricians registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for electrical contractors that carries out a rigorous assessment on all its members, both prior to joining and on an ongoing basis.

To cope with electrical emergencies, our London office is staffed 24 hours a day, and we aim to have an electrician with you within an hour. To date, our records show this happens in 19 out of every 20 cases, and we are already taking steps to make these figures even better.
