Peter Griffiths4 StarMr Clutch - you’ve done right by me on a couple of occasions now. Not the most talkative bunch of people but in a strange and silent way staff have always been helpful. They are not paid for their social skills so that’s fine by me. Limited experience but no ‘upselling’ on partial exhaust fix, which I have heard is common.Tuesday 10th May 2022
Georgi Ferras1 Starextremely poor service and incompetent, I was with them to change the clutch .I took my car after 3 days because they failed to put the engine mount and sanded it with an angle grinder !!! everything looked fine until second week, then it dripped oil from the drive shaft seal, I returned the car, they changed it, the leak stopped for about 2 weeks, I went and changed it again, they told me that maybe the driving shaft is bent and needs to be replaced after the drip for the 3rd time I went to another service and told them what I know and what happened! they looked at the car and later called me that there was a lot of mess below and asked in which garage car was befor ,because things are serious, it turned out that the part they sanded actually there was no need and they damaged it and also lied about the last driving shaft seal change was the old one! my repair cost £ 250, it caused me so much damage and they most brazenly wanted to replace my drive shaft !! Don't go there, do not cause this to your cars!!

Nigel Perren5 StarDue to illness a member of staff wasn't there on the day I had The Grey Hound booked in, the garage carried out the work the next day, only to find out the supplier had sent the wrong clutch, so when I went to pick The Hound up it wasn't working, so the chap from New York took me home in his own car, it wasn't their fault it wasn't ready in time, I came back today and it was ready, the Hound is like a brand new car again, the staff were smashing, and the cheap price for the part and fitting was astonishing!! Brilliant!!Thursday 24th February 2022

I5 StarCar had issues Mrs popped in a kind man found the fault gave us a fair price to get it resolved I went in my lunch break and he sorted it don't know his name was sat on reception with glasses on but because of his professional attitude he has got him self new customers going forward I will use this placeThursday 27th January 2022
