Midland Automotive Group LTD I have just purchased a Mini Coupe from MAG and I’m so glad I used them. Anthony listened to my requirements both in budget and style. As a single lady I very much relied on him to do absolutely everything and from the beginning I knew he was on my side, hunting for my perfect car. He was reassuring and within no time he had found me a fantastic car. When I went to pick it up although it was lovely I saw another one on the forecourt and changed my mind ! This didn’t phase him and was happy for me to swap.As he wanted me to be excited about my purchase.It was so kind of him. I will be able to return for any issues and services that arise. Last week I part exchanged a mint,,! Red Golf R and bought a silver Volvo V40 D4. Anthony is very thorough when checking your part ex, he even diagnosed a actuator fault on my car, when checking before we did the deal, apparently my centre vents were stuck and wouldn't pass any air through, we sorted a price out for the job, then we sorted out a deal. The car I purchased is in lovely condition, and I'm very happy with the car. Anthony is a really nice guy and was easy to deal with, very helpful. Only have 1 issue, the cars need a proper valet before there sold. Not much to ask, as specially when he's selling my old car for £3.000 more than he paid me. My car smelt like a dog inside, Car salesman hey 🤨

Such an awesome service. I turned up and while I waited the thing I needed fixing turned into a whole part (my heater fan stopped working but before that it was making a horrible noise) so the part was ordered and fitted while I waited all in all less than 40 mins from arrival to fixed and driving away. Such a nice service and I felt welcomed. I will now be a repeat customer.

Went in for an MOT. Booked it the night before and within 10 minutes got a call to confirm booking and if anything was wrong prior to the examine and to focus on. Excellent customer service. Justin even filled the tyres with air and I think tom? Did a complementary check on the coil pack and spark plugs as I had a worry. No faults proven and even offered me a lift to the shops while I waited. Can’t fault the customer service and the service provided. Will be back again.

I came to midland automotive group as they had advertised a 2015 Ford Fiesta at a very competitive price. When I called Justin he was more then happy to offer a test drive on the Saturday outside of trading hours. Was very informative and polite about the car in question and was very honest about the vehicle e.g told me the real mpg of the car compared to the advertised which was refreshing as other salespersons would rather lie. Felt no pressure to buy the car at all and left me alone to think. When I had brought the car he was very helpful with necessary paperwork. In addition he left me put a deposit down indefinitely whilst I gathered funds and was not pressuring on me. An MOT and service were included in the price and when I had a sensor issue he immediately fixed it no questions asked. Would highly recommend Justin and the establishment as they were extremely professional and hassle-free.
