As for your Recommendation for your website, ( hope this is OK for you) : As a Satisfied customer. l can Recommended ' Lovett installations' for their Top Quality Service as well as their Advise on a product,  Quality After-care Support too. Over recent months we have had the need to source and employ the services of an electrician for some of our most trusted clients on several projects which required power provision or installation. We secured the services of Kevin and his team at Lovett Installations to work alongside our team of installers.  Following discussions between us to iron out the project requirements and also a schedule of works during which I found Kevin both insightful and his experience valuable in ensuring that all parts of the projects ran alongside each other but with a common aim. Once onsite, the project went forward according to the general plans but even when there were surprises or additions, we found that these were accommodated easily and without fuss, no matter how much time or effort was required by Kevin and his team in ensuring that the project continued unhindered and that the client, who is always our most important concern, was happy with any changes, additions or charges. I personally have found Kevin and his team easy to work alongside with, professional in their work and demeanour, and effective and efficient in the planning, progression and completion of the project they have assisted us with. Needless to say, we would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and his team at Lovett Installations to any business or person requiring their services and we hope to have many more successful projects in which they are involved with us for our clients in the future. Cannot recommend Kevin and his team at Lovett Electrical enough, we have used them for the last 4-years to do many of our installations and all of our large installs (50kWp and above) and we consistently get great feedback from customers and everyone involved about what a great team they are, how tidy their work is and what a good job they do.  We have been very happy working with them over the years and plan to continue doing so.

Checked my electrics and said I would receive certificate as soon as paid. Paid but didnt receive certificate. Emailed them requesting certificate.Response was very busy but I would have certificate before Christmas. No certificate received. I paid same day as the work done.They were quick enough to take the money but not quick to provide their goods. This is really not good enough.

Usually when you phone a Electrician, it can be like pulling teeth to get them to look and quote for work but not Lovett Electrical Installations. They are easy to contact and are very friendly and helpful on the phone. They do that thing not many electricians do and that is turn up when they say they will! The lads who turn up were very knowledgeable and really do tidy up after themselves to my excitement. The boss came around on the last day to check all was ok and that I was happy with the service I received. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
