RPL1 StarTook car along with knocking sound from NS front wheel, car was in for two weeks, eventually told I need 2 new REAR shocks. Questioned whether this was definite as sound was definitely front. Advised that yes it should solve the problem. Car collected & £600 spent, noise still noticeable. Then took car to another garage, 2 hours later they confirm the front shocks need replacing as one was actually leaking, another £650 and the cars finally fixed. To add insult to injury, my car was damaged whilst with them, obviously one knew how it had occured. Eventually they agreed to pay £100 towards repair of damage and despite messaging it's never been forthcoming, plus car was left with keys inside whilst parked up outside another unit on the estate. Maybe I was unlucky but definitely felt ripped off.Sunday 20th February 2022
