I was very happy from start to finish. The guy on reception was friendly and he called me to explain in great detail the things that were wrong with my car and gave me a breakdown of the costs. I had a flat tyre in my car when visiting a friend in Kirkby and a member of the servicing team actually heard me driving past on a flat as I was creeping around by car to look for a garage.
