They put me at ease from the very start & reassured me they would investigate, make a diagnosis & fix the problem on same day my car was booked in. Also for a very fair price! Which they kept to their promise & were fast. Fantastic communication from the very start & throughout the process of sorting my electrical fault on my car. Diagnosed as an ignition switch problem. Which we agreed on them putting an ignition button in to crank engine to start my car as alternative solution as this work could be carried out right away. They done this, which I found clever, also neat & tidy work - looks as though it's always been there. Mechanic Paul even sent me a video to show me how it works. Which I thought was a nice touch. He was very helpful. I'm delighted with their first class service all round. I would definitely use them again, also recommend them to my family & friend's. Thanks again!Thursday 13th May 2021
