James has visited my house twice to undertake repair work . On both occasions he arrived bang on time . He was very friendly , efficient , helpful - and patient . He was happy to explain what needed to be done more than once , as we are not at all technical as regards electricity. He also made positive suggestions about what we could do in the future and exceeded our expectations of the visit . We now have lights working outside our house that we thought couldn’t be used ! Very reasonably priced as well , I would highly recommend this business .

He does not cut corners or would try to get you to believe that the job is bigger than what it actually is (like I experienced before).
