This is a GREAT garage! I consult in automotive aftersales on an international basis for independents, manufactures, Importers and dealers. It was the 1st time I used Harris Motor Company and the service was first class. For instance, when collecting your vehicle you're met by the Technician holding your keys at the open door of your vehicle to thank you for the business and to tell you if you have any further issues to not hesitate in calling back. Service you just don't get anywhere. The price is great value for money and the work I requested was executed correctly by a mature Technician. Well done Harris you have the formula spot on, (I'm sure you don't need anyone to tell you that mind). Thanks again, I can see why you have been in business for so long.
Very very impressed! In short I had to use this garage as Mercedes would not fit an after market part to my Mercedes S Class. Gaz at Harris Motor Company contacted me with a price to fit the part almost immediately and the garage fitted it for me. They did run into an issue because I sent them the wrong part so they sent me a little video of the issue, really helped me to explain to the parts supplier what was wrong. I could not recommend more highly, just excellent customer service and attention to detail.
