Even when I went to pick my bike up I got the phone call as promised to say bile was in to collect.

Heather Park5 StarWent to buy a cycle lock for a grandson's bike. We had an idea of what we needed but the help and information we received in store was excellent. Pepe answered questions and explained the types and strength of the locks we asked about. There was no " sales pitch " to give us any pressure but good service and assistance.
We had a think and purchased a better quality lock then we had intended because the information had been so helpful. The store was clean and plenty of social distancing signs and sanitizer in abundance. A pleasant experience . Thank youSunday 9th January 2022
