JOE EARL1 StarOutrageous MOT service. Took it in for my MOT and was told I needed two new headlights and two new coils. Was quoted just under £1000. However, when I took my car to a different garage, they took a look at my car properly, worked out that the adjusters for my lights weren’t broken and repaired my coils without charging for wheel alignment as coils are on separate section. Ended up paying £750 less than what Halfords quoted me including for a retested MOT. Would not recommend.Monday 8th November 2021

Russ Williamson1 StarTerrible Garage, way too overpriced and they cant seem to find a solution to a simple issue. Over the past few years I've took a Mazda RX8. where the clutch was slipping, said they couldnt find an issue, if I wanted it replacing it would be £1100. Toom it to another Garage in Malin Bridge, cost me 380 all in as it was near a point of failure. Then took my BMW X1 as it was stuttering around 2000 revs when it had warmed up. told them this before hand that the car needed to be driven and warmed up, I reset the odometer and they said they couldnt find any issues. they drove 0.2 miles which as a non mechanic I know is not enough to warm the car up. Again took it to another garage tested it correctly and it was an issue with a sensor for traction control, replaced this and all is now fine. DO NOT use this garage way overpriced and obviously cant find simple issues with popular cars (talking about the BMW, but the clutch issue on the RX8 was Also obvious) Oh and nearly forgot asked about the BMW start stop not working, said its probably a Battery issue but they have never replaced one before for the start stop function (apparently a different battery to the normal one) UselessThursday 11th November 2021

Scott Hutson-Williams4 StarThe garage the staff couldn't have done enough after my brief moan but this wasn't the garage fault but the online booking system they use isn't what I expected has I was told after dropping it off at 830 that it would be ready by 12 however after a brief moan it was ready for 1030.
Booking system is flawed and I was under the impression you book it in and you'd be kind of sorted straight away but not the case, however on a positive I saved a few quid and now if I use them again which I will I will know what to expect.Tuesday 10th August 2021
