Emily Browne5 StarHad my very old, bashed up C1 in for its first MOT with me. Had problems as expected, but kudos to staff member Tulin for being 1) incredibly friendly and approachable 2) explaining the process 3) offering advice with a dodgy brake pipe.

Liam Houghton3 StarWe had our MOT carried out and it was easy booking etc, when we dropped the keys off it was a rushed 'key please' welcome. We dropped the car off with no issues at all but when I got a call back I was told there was a warning that came on, it didn't happen on collection and not again, they described the problem on the phone briefly to me but when my partner picked the car up It was very dismissive and not much was said about the issue even though it was brought up. Can't complain about the work but the attitude could be improved.Wednesday 13th October 2021
