Car required a MOT. The team attended to me politely & promptly at car drop off. Communication was excellent. They explained what they would be doing and an estimate of time required - they confirmed mobile details, and informed me that they would call with an update. They called promptly with a clear update and that vehicle required additional work to pass the MOT. They indicated that I could collect the car and freely obtain quotes elsewhere for the work required. I was aware of the additional costs at other dealerships and the rates offered by Halford were very reasonable. I opted to have the work completed with Halfords. Again, excellent communication and a timely update was provided when car was ready to collect. Service provided was polite, prompt, efficient, excellent value, stress-free and very helpful.

My car was booked in for 2 tyre change, I dropped my car off 10.30am I was told I couldn't be given a time as there was only 1 member of staff on. I collected my car at 5.clock that evening seems quiet a long time just to have 2 tyres changed, the staff are lovely though can't fault them at all, they seemed stretched they need more staff on
