B W5 StarThis is a really excellent autocentre. All the staff, especially the front of house reception, are professional and friendly. They communicated really well with me telling me when my car could be picked up - it was due its MOT and major service. I was in fact late to drop off because I had completely forgotten about it! The staff were very understanding about this, made no issue of it at all and my car was in and out without concern. Anything to keep an eye on with my car was explained to me in easy to understand language and they didn't suggest or put pressure on needing to spend more money or create more work. I will go back if my car needs any work in the future at all, including MOT or services etc, and will highly recommend to friends and colleagues! I was very pleased with the whole experience.
