Horrible place and Experience. Booked free suspension check today, slot at 11:30 after almost 3 hours check still wasn't done. I was asked to wait a moment and assured someone will quickly check car. I went inside store to kill some time after 5 minutes I walked out and noticed car is in garage and within few seconds big commotion around my car literally every employee was near it. I was given keys back and told all is good also being downplayed in meantime by them saying the noise I hear from suspension is probably caused by plastic covers and left fog light that where damaged during accident?? What accident I was thinking?? I just bought car few days ago and it was in very good condition! When I got back to car I saw fresh body damage so I dashed back to garage reception because I noticed they managed to severely damage my car! Person that supposed carry on check on way to garage hit something, bumper was damaged stripped off from paint, dented and deformed, impact was so unfortunate it also damaged fog light housing (they even admitted it when downplaying me on reception) and that's not all they also managed to damage my mirror (scraped off paint plus black plastic cover from under ripped off). This is just shocking!! I was only told someone will contact me on Monday to sort it out and that's it! not a single word of apology!! This is disgusting I recommend to stay clear from this place!

When they offer booking appointments for a service and MOT on the booking site they don’t tell you it’s two separate jobs each job takes 4 x hours not done at the same time .I dropped my vehicle of at 8.30 and was contacted at 4.30 to inform me it was ready for collection all the Mot needed was 2 x rear break light bulbs and a slight front light alignment 4 x hours ,Service 4 x hours the van was sat unattended waiting for a service engineer to be free, my vehicle is my business an attitude of not caring is obvious .I picked my vehicle up an when driving home I noticed near side indicator was flashing quicker than normal when operated when I got home to check rear indicator was not working changed the bulb still not working informed Halfords next day reply was nothing to do with them .Even though they had to remove the same rear light unit to change break light bulb needed on the Mot reply was they would have a look and quote me for the repair will never use them again be warned don’t expect your vehicle to be returned quickly if you need it and top price parts always used no options offered you have been warned

I went for MOT and service. After a checkup, I was quoted £700 for parts and labour to get it ready to pass the MOT, which I paid. I was then told it failed the MOT and would have to pay another £750 for further repairs. After calling up the next day, I spoke with a different mechanic, Anthony, who understood my frustration and so he contacted the Complaints department who agreed that I should have been given the full quote upfront. Thanks to Anthony, they agreed to finish the repairs with no additional costs. This certainly would have been a 1 star review without the excellent assistance I received from Anthony. The actual work done seems good and the MOT very thorough.

Poor battery fitted, the cover of battery was just dropped on top, without properly securing, had to stop on motorway and try to fix properly, as it was jumping all over the place. The connection was not properly installed, had to take it to another garage to have it done properly.

Great guys. Always professional. Happy to have a bit of a laugh. I have been going here for years and won't use anyone else. Any work I have had done has always been done to the high standard you would expect from a garage like this.
