Andrew G2 StarI have no issue with the staff who were excellent and friendly and very helpful. I was disappointed with Halfords itself, who told me to come in for 11:30 to drop off my car, but it was in a queue, so I only got my car back at 5:30pm and had to hang around, as I live some distance from the autocentre. It would have been much more helpful if they had given me a specific time slot. But thanks again to the staff who were great.Thursday 22nd July 2021

M F1 StarThe service provided by the staff was utterly disgraceful! Firstly, a few members of the staff were extremely rude and attempted to dismiss my concerns regarding my vehicle. The staff, particularly the manager and mechanic, spoke in a very patronising and sexist manner. They were immensely manipulative regarding the costs needed for repair and failed to fix my vehicle. They then demanded that I pay an extra cost to fix the underlying issue for my vehicle, when in fact they failed to diagnose this fault initially. They had no sense of sympathy for my situation, let alone empathy. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this store, they represent the company in a disgraceful manner. Following this experience, I will certainly not be returning to Halfords for any future needs, and it is particularly disappointing that a few individuals can have such a detrimental impact on a company that I once highly regarded. I will be filing a formal complaint.Thursday 4th November 2021
