Although we live the other side of the city we will certainly continue to use this branch of Halfords as it has high standards and is very professional but still good value.Friday 22nd October 2021

The guys at the autocentre were fantastic, volunteered to have a look, were really thorough at finding the problem and went out of their way to get it sorted as quickly as they could. Henry Giles1 StarBooked my car in for a bulb replacement, arrived at the time booked to be told they had no-one available to do it. They asked me to come back at lunchtime the next day, came back and the shop was closed. Had a missed call from the garage but they didn't leave a voicemail saying the shop would be closed. Mo Rushdi1 StarDropped my car for DPF flush in the morning. Did not receive any calls until I reng them up at 5pm, just before they shut the garage. That's when they said we tried contacting you but no answer, that's was the first lie. And when I picked up the car, they said they couldn't fix it. I was like what?..only coz they didn't even carry out any work on the car at all.I paid already anyways, OK took the car booked an independent mechanic. When he came to fix it, he said no one has opened the dpf temperature sensor cap to put any lequid to flush.. What can I say. People warned me previously about HALFRAUDS. but having the experience just overwhelming. Really awful service.Saturday 16th October 2021
