Ad Lee1 StarThe Halfords auto centre in Bangor was unprofessional. They failed my cars MOT on the headlight needing alignment changing (literally 2 minute job) but they refused to do it on the day and failed my car anyway and insisted I re booked 5 days later . I turned up 5 days later at the given time and was told my car hadn’t been booked in and had to re book again ! I was without a car over a week for the sake of my headlight bulb needing to be twisted not even changed ! They still had the cheek to charge me £16 for the “repair” they carried out on my car . I will not be returning here again , the lack of knowledge and professionalism was appalling.Tuesday 14th September 2021
Beaky Sneaky (BS)3 StarMot and interim service, done in 12 hours. Car failed on front suspension arm boots. They wanted to do the whole arm instead of changing the boots. I got another garage to do it for 60quid, and not the 260 Halfords wanted to charge me. Other than that the service was good.Wednesday 22nd September 2021
