Absolute scam!!!! Quoted me 4 times as much as a different garage and found multiple problems that didn’t exist, completely took advantage of the fact I didn’t know much about cars !! Took days and days and kept finding new problems on MOT just awful experience, went to Halfords as I thought they would be fair but they weren’t, better off going to a family garage where they care about you and your money!!! And got it all done in 1 day somewhere else

Needed work on the front of my car to pass its MOT. Drivers side coil spring was broken and needed to be replaced. The bushes on both upper wishbone arms were badly worn and needed replacing. This second job was a bit more complicated and needed more parts and more time than the original quote envisaged but the manager honoured the price originally quoted. Now got a full MOT without any comments about future work needed. A happy bunny!

Had an excellent service. Came in there because my engine coolant was empty, they gave me best advice and most cost effective choice. Then just advised me on headlight change and overall a very good experience. Met this bloke called Dan that worked there, very impressed with the quality of service Thanks Best regards

Went in for wheel alignment as my steering wheel was slightly off center. Mentioned this on two occasions even called a couple of hours later to mention the steering wheel. Had a call to pick up the vehicle as it was "done". Took it for a drive and the wheel was still not straight. Seems as though the steering wheel was not straightened before the alignment was done, even I know this and I'm not a mechanic. Was told to bring it back 5 days later as no slots available. I paid for a service I didn't get and would have been able to get done elsewhere for allot less. Won't be going back for any motoring needs! Zero stars

Took car at 8.30, was told 2-3 hours. Car wasn't ready until 15:30, disrupting my plans for the rest of the day. Wasted most of my day chasing it up as I needed the car, was told I would be called back several times when I wasn't. Service book wasn't stamped, and things I would expect from a "full service" e.g. pollen filter weren't included, I will not be using Halfords again for servicing
