It was a pleasure to collaborate with Leo. His asking price was quite low. Because we hired him to do the work, he came to change our fuse board for free. He returned after the weekend to replace the board and to present us with the official EICR Certificate as a thank you for hiring him. We had sought an EICR certificate, and he arrived two days later. He and his coworker got along great, were on time, and had outstanding communication skills.
