Booked my van in for some repair work, van was in 3 times for the same fault that they supposedly fixed each time. A few weeks after I collected my van I popped open the bonnet to top up my screenwash and noticed that the clean air duct was missing. I phoned them up and they advised me they would have a look around the workshop for it. The duct is a substantial size taking up about a third of the engine bay so I not really sure how they forgot to fit it. After they found it they advised me their would be 2 weeks before they could fit the part. I had to take the part away and fit it myself as I wasn't able to wait 2 weeks. They also stole a set of jump leads from me and when questioned about them I was advised that the mechanic that took them no longer works for them anymore. I have been waiting weeks for John the service manager to phone me back after several calls trying to talk with him.
