We have used Eugene before and have always found his work to be of a very high standard and very competitive, he is always very professional, quick to respond to requests and an all round nice person, nothing is ever to much trouble. We also found his apprentice Bailey to be a very polite and helpful young man. Thanks also to Lisa who had to change our last appointment 3 times due to problems with deliveries of our intergrated oven (Curry’s)!! she was brilliant and always replied back with a ‘no problem, we will sort that for you’ very kind and professional. We wouldn’t go anywhere else except for ELB Gloucester xx

ELB were very responsive to an urgent need for a new socket installation to help the welfare of my elderly Mum. They did an excellent job - very professional, courteous and timely. Special mentions in dispatches for Eugene - with whom I had a very engaging conversation putting the world to rights - and Ellis who carried out the installation. 100% highly recommended and definitely our electricians of choice for any future work. I found this company absolutely fantastic. They came out the same day, and contacted me to let me know when they were on their way. They were polite , professional and very quick and tidy. Their rates are also very competitive. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
