replaced a front headlight bulb in a 2013 BMW 3 series. I mistakenly thought it would need a ramp to access the bulb. But the technician after I had paid confirmed it simply required full opposite lock to access the headlight cluster. I am sure it took him 10 mins but he insisted he had to charge 1 hour labour which was 70+ plus pound. with the cost of the bulb it was almost 100 pounds. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this place for any work on my car and I will also advise others too. Why spoil repeat customs with this type of rip off when the garage can do this simply and cheaply and make you return for repeat business.

Always provides a good reasonably priced service. The latest problem with my old Renault Kangoo was diagnosed and repaired in no time at all, with me being informed of progress by phone at each stage. No fuss no bother!

Failed MOT on numerous simply things and then suggested it would be £750 to get it road worthy. I fixed the issues myself for £200. Stay away from this garage as they just want as much money out of you as possible. I only wish I had read these reviews first.

He did a diagnostic assessment on my daughters ford focus and all they could discover that the battery was low and wanted to charge over £300 to fit a new battery but the car was still cutting out and difficult to start so I spent money for nothing and wouldn't go back, I later discovered that the maf sensor was not giving the correct signal and the fuel filter was sucking air back
