Liz Higgins5 StarMy immersion heater stopped working... no hot water at all! Chris came round within an hour, from Gloucester to Cheltenham, and identified the problem (thermostat had died). We were given a variety of lighting options, all at good value, the work was carried out quickly and more importantly, whilst working around our staff.
We received all certification in due time and Chris was pro-active in finding a solution that best worked for us.
