Phoned to gain some advice regards fitting of an immobiliser and was told that they were busy so ring back later. Rang back later as requested and got told quite bluntly 'im with a customer ring back later'. Went elsewhere and got the job done. Worth mentioning that I'd sent an email via their website and failed to get any response hence my ringing two weeks later.

I supplied a Smarttop remote roof module to CRS for my Mercedes SLK, (after the main dealer had looked at me as if I was speaking Greek) From the word go Greg and his colleagues were helpful and took interest in my needs This was a new installation to them so a ballpark quote was all they could give Having previously had a faulty immobiliser removed from a Porsche by them, on a similar ballpark quote, and being delighted by the efficiency and final price, I booked the installation From start to finish each and every member of staff was helpful and the work carried out impeccable I was notified when the work had been completed and was ready for collection, which was within the expected time window The car was handed over by Greg and full detail of the installation explained The final invoice........ within £2.00 of my expectations Don’t let the slightly unglamorous front of house put you off, I have no hesitation in recommending their services I am a completely satisfied customer Many thanks
