Preserve your new car warrantyYou are now not obliged to return your vehicle to your car's main dealer during the warranty period.Whilst a vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty, usually 3 years, it must be serviced as per the manufacturer's specification.  This is often mis-construed as meaning that it has to be serviced by the Main Dealer.Independent garages are generally cheaper for repairs and maintenance and due to the Block Exemption Regulation your warranty is preserved!

Big thank you to Chris at Car-Nect Auto Group Ltd. I had a fault with my Peugeot's semi auto gear box. I called Chris on numerous occasions and he was always very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, advice how to fix, and even posted out a new seal which I couldn't get from the main Peugeot dealer. Has saved me a small fortune by not having to take it in to a main Peugeot dealer! Would highly recommend and I defiantly owe this man a beer...or two! Thank You!

Highly recommended. A garage I feel very comfortable with. I changed from the Ford main dealers once the warranty ran out about 5 years ago as I was unsatisfied with them. Car-Nect don’t ‘find’ and do unnecessary work – in fact quite the contrary. You get good honest advice about any problems or potential problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my services and MOTs. Friendly and professional - what’s not to like?

600 pounds and 4 trips to this place car still not fixed. Very rude admin women shouting down the phone they couldn't fix another vehicle. That has nothing to do with me. Took my car elsewhere where it was fixed in two hours. Will not be using this place again . The rudest admin staff I have ever met.
