Paul is very helpful and always does his best to find the most affordable solutions to problems as well as being flexible to work around schedules and provided a courtesy car when this was not possible. Stuck in North Wales with an error light on the dashboard. Diesel had gotten into the oil and the 200mils home journey was NOT advisable! So, BK Williams took my car in urgently and sorted it on a Saturday morning; understanding that I had filming and was really pressed for time! Amazing prompt service. Absolutely sorted the problem. Safe drive back and avoiding a £5k damage to my engine. Hugely grateful. Would recommend. Diolch o galon.

First time that I have used B&K with an urgent problem on my daughter's car. They looked at the car immediately and diagnosed the fault withing fifteen minutes. The necessary part was ordered and the car was back on the road within 24 hours. All the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous and I am very happy to recommend them.

I had the most amazing experience with B K Williams garage in lovely Caernarfon. After my visit to the castle, my car would not start (I blame Edward I), I called B K Williams and spoke to lovely Nicola who was very understanding and quickly arranged for amazing Kevin to come to check what is going on with my car. Sadly it was not just a flat battery and I left the car in their care. Despite being super busy, they fitted the repair of my car really quickly, the starter motor broke and needed a replacement. Lovely Paul spent hours doing this job and I was able to get my car back very soon, he explained in detail what he needed to do and Kevin showed me the broken part. Happy to be mobile again after my Damsel in a Distress moment. I can not recommend this garage more, they are fast, knowledgeable, kind and fair. Thank you for all your help!
