Malcolm Burt5 StarFantastic customer service! I phoned on an off-chance as we were in the area when our campervan developed an apparent fault with the battery/alternator. They offered to carry out a battery check so took the van in, they did it straight away. When the results turned out to be a bit inconclusive, they went above and beyond to figure out whether or not there was a fault when, if there was one I’d have taken it to a main dealer for a warranty fix - they even helped me find a dealer to carry out the work. All this for no charge whatsoever, absolutely brilliant.Monday 13th September 2021
