This company was sub contracted to undertake a new bathroom installation at my property in 2016. Within the 4 years there has been a leak that damage the wall behind the shower wall, they should have placed an aqua board to protect the wall but was not applied. Also the bonding of tiles was not properly applied and tiles became loose eventually became weak. The tiled flooring cracked and need to be replaced again bonding was not correct and the correct grouting was not used. The old bathroom was completely stripped and a new bathroom fitted recently in Oct 2020. Unacceptable amount stress when they claim to be professional company, neither compensation has been given. A company of this sort should not be operating. Poor standards Evidence has been collected by B&Q to evidence the craftsmanship.

I will not use them again after they have let us down THREE TIMES (that is 3 days holiday I have wasted and I still haven't had any of the work done). Appalling/non-existent communications! Such a shame as when they do turn up they do a good job, but that's it for me - never again! :(
