If only every company I deal with are as professional & efficient as Artisan! I found them via their YT content which was very informative and helpful. Thanks to Artisan I learnt a lot about EV chargers and the changes I needed to make to my homes existing electrical setup. Given this I felt it was only right & proper that they installed my EV charger (honour the source). Throughout the process they were helpful and really fast to respond to questions. Don't cheap out on something like an EV charging point...drop an email to Artisan and get a quality job done.

Contracted Artisan Electrics for a required cable installation to run to our garden for a new sauna installation. Fantastic service, communication, professionalism and overall quality of craftsmanship. Dan helped get our quote sorted and Chris did the installation. Could not be more satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend Artisan, and we'll likely work with them again for any future electrical requirements.

The team at Artisan Electrics were professional, polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. After discussing the work, quoting and arranging site visits they performed a EICR inspection then returned to replace our consumer unit and consolidate other boxes. At the same time they also fitted a new EV charger integrated with our solar installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They promised a great service and they delivered it. Really friendly and professional help throughout the process of buying and installing an EV charger. Genuine pride in making the work look as good as it can but perhaps more importantly, on making it safe. Would (and will) happily use in future.

Jordan and his team are all very professional and helpful. Did a terrific job of installing our Zappi charger. Lee did a very neat and tidy installation, routing cables very carefully. Every one turned up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in deciding what we needed and getting together the information needed for Jordan to prepare his quote. All in all I’m very happy to recommend their services.
