Absolutely shocking service from this company booked a morning slot was even text the day before o confirm my morning slot. When I rang to find out where my engineer was I was told that I had booked a afternoon slot to which I responded no I didn't I booked and confirmed my morning slot! The conversation went on all the phone operater was interested in was trying to cancel my installation then after giving me her name as Fiona she proceeded to hang up saying she felt abused! I called back and was transferred to someone claiming to be a manager called Steven who explained that after wasting a whole morning waiting for the engineer to come after confirming my morning call the day before he would investigate this (highly unlikely) a full complaint will be lodged with Sky for your poor service!!
