Hello, I am not really here to but something negative or positive, really nice people there. Just I can't understand sometimes few things. How come I had a fail and they want to charge me to replace the parts and work 600 pounds and somewhere else I just pay the mot price 40 pounds and I had the pass without issues and it's not the only place here in Durham,still after 15 years working and repairing cars I can't find a good answer. Used this garage for the first time today, for an MOT. Looks and feels very professional, excellent service and price, while I was there it was obvious a lot of the customers were regulars. Would highly recommend and I will be back when my car requires a service.

A family member used this garage after reading it's good reviews but it was nothing but an absolute nightmare experience!! the car needed an mot and service and was dropped off on a Friday and wasn't returned until the Tuesday with a huge bill and one of the jobs charged for wasn't even fixed!! NEVER again will we use this place nor would I ever consider recommending it to anyone ,total rip off.
